- The CDFA Produce Safety Program is a unit operating under the CDFA’s Inspection Services Division. The goal of Produce Safety Program is to ensure that farmers comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Safety Rule. A Produce Safety Program team member will be conducting FSMA compliance inspections on your farm in California.
